Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-cut, personalized, or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Please review product specifications carefully before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please email us at support@lillianamarketing.site with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Inspection and Approval

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lillianamarketing.site.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it must go through the return process after delivery.
